It is a mature Champagne, resulting from a blend including a third of reserve wines. Pinot Noir brings power, tempered by the roundness of Pinot Meunier, while Chardonnay gives it freshness. It is by the 15 to 20% of old grape varieties that we find in this cuvée the signature of the house. To vary the pleasures, it is available ‘brut’ or semi-dry.
The ‘Brut’ Cuvée will be ideal for an aperitif, for starters with shellfish (oysters, scallops) as well as pan-fried foie gras, fish, and poultry.
The semy-dry Cuvée will go well with all your desserts and more particularly those based on caramel or coffee, as well as yellow or white fruits.
